    Take 3 cups water in a small deep pan and boil the eggs. Add salt to the water. It will help boil the eggs faster.

    Take another pan(Kadhai)put oil in it. Heat the oil and put the onions to it. Fry until onions turn light brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste to the mixture and mix it well. Add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder to the mixture and mix well. Keep cooking for 5-10 minutes until the oil starts separating from the mixture. For spicier, you can add some green chilies.

    Break the shell of the eggs and grate the eggs with a grater. Use the thinnest holes of the grater. Add these grated eggs to the mixture mix it well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
