Ingredients

250 gm Gobi (Cauliflower) Separated florets
3 pcs Potatoes Medium Sized
2 pcs Sliced Onions Medium Sized.
3 pcs Chopped Tomato
2 pcs Green Chillies Remove heads and split them into two
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder If want less spicy can decrease it
1 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
To Taste Salt
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste

    Heat oil in a deep pan. Add sliced onions. Fry until onions turn golden brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste. Stir it well.

    Add Gobi(Cauliflower) florets to it. Mix it well. Add Potatoes to it and mix it well.

    Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder and green chilies.

    Add 1 cup water and Mix it well. Let the mixture cook for 5-10 minutes.

    Cover the pan. Leave it covered for 20-30 minutes until the Gobi and Aloo become soft. Stir it occasionally. Your Aloo Gobi Sabji is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
